You can simply use tap water in the ultrasonic cleaner. However, for deeper cleaning, you can add denture cleaning tablets or mouthwash. These are optional but can help enhance the cleaning process.

 

2. How do I clean the ultrasonic cleaner after each use?

After each use, we recommend rinsing the water tank with clean water and wiping the unit with a soft cloth. Avoid letting water enter the outer casing to prevent damage.

Yes, it’s best to clean the ultrasonic cleaner after each use to maintain its performance and longevity.

 

4. What do the different modes do on the ultrasonic cleaner?

Mode 1 (Green Light): 5 minutes of ultrasonic + UV cleaning.

Mode 2 (Red Light): 10 minutes of pulse ultrasonic + UV cleaning.

Mode 3 (Blue Light): 10 minutes of ultrasonic cleaning.

Mode 4 (All Lights On): 10 minutes of UV cleaning.

 

5. Why does the timer show 300 or 600 seconds instead of 5:00 or 10:00?

The timer counts down in seconds. For Mode 1, it should show 300 seconds (5 minutes), and for Mode 2/3/4, it should show 600 seconds (10 minutes).

 

6. My ultrasonic cleaner shows an error code (e.g., E03 or E04). What does that mean?

E03 - Rapid Temperature Increase: This error occurs when the unit overheats, usually due to either: Operation without water (dry-firing) or Extended continuous use

To fix this, immediately turn off the device, fill the tank with water if it's empty (ensuring the water level does not exceed the maximum fill line), and allow the unit to cool down for 30 minutes before restarting.

E04 - The operating temperature of the equipment is too high: This severe overheating condition typically occurs after the device has been watered or dropped into water. In this case, place the machine in a ventilated area for 2 to 3 days before using it again.

Yes, this device is designed with two dedicated holes on top, specifically for cleaning long-handled items, such as toothbrush heads.

 

11. Will the machine stop running if the top is opened during use?

Answer: If the top is opened while the machine is running, the ultrasonic function will continue to operate. However, for safety reasons, the UV light will automatically turn off.
